The Rise up Social Enterprise (TRUSE) is an Oklahoma City youth center that provides young adults with community and purpose.
We offer a nurturing, supportive space for young adults, regardless of race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation. Together we can create brighter futures for those in need.
At TRUSE, we believe there is power in community. We are a family of young adults and caring mentors that equips youth with the skills to thrive as productive members of Oklahoma City and beyond. When young adults leave our center, they leave knowing that their TRUSE community will always be a lifeline as they soar into new, more hopeful horizons.

At TRUSE, we know that successful, happy, and productive lives start with a firm, secure foundation. Given the rising levels of gang violence in Oklahoma City, thousands of young adults and teens lack this sense of security. In response, we are dedicated to providing a safe space where teens can develop positive relationships.
We offer several opportunities for learning and skill development, from classes in taxes and basic cooking and cleaning to mechanical engineering. Our comprehensive list of education programs makes us unique in prioritizing lifelong skill-building while evening the playing field for young adults from underserved backgrounds.
Our staff is made up of fellow Oklahoma City residents that are dedicated to helping young adults and teens to thrive as they find their place in the world. We know that we first have to start small if we want our youth to become productive members of Oklahoma City and the wider world. With extensive recreational activities, open classrooms, and a robust and diverse library, we help youth to feel at home while steering them towards a path of empowerment and success.
